Out of Stock and Giving an attitude

Orderd dining room set, this person did not even check if there is stock available at the warehouse (this was a saturday). The wednesday I had to phone and follow up on when i will recieve the stock, I was told she will phone me back, and she did not do that (already giving me an attitude) then on Thursday I had to phone her again, and i recieved an attitude again. I had to phone head office telling me there is no stock availabkle for this item, delivery to the main store room was supposed to be on 11 Feb aswell as 13 Feb, and no delivery was recieved. So i am not recieving anything. Now i am told i should either ask for my money back or wait for... guess what, they dont even know how long.
