Bad Attituude from Customer Service

I am so furious, it seems like there are a couple of people that are not maintaining the reputation of Edcon. I worked for Edcon as well and have never ever haerd of a thing that just occurred to me.
I call the customer service number and spoke to Abraham who had a terrible attitude
All I neede was information on an account and he told me that it was handed over to R and T, obviously when you say that over the phone it will not be clear whether you are saying RNT or ARENTI??
I was given the worst attitude ever worse that Home Affairs.
I informed him that I was going to report to report him and all I heard "Do as you please... Whatever"
I phoned this morning just before 11:30
Please may you try and assist me with this, since it seems like I am not the only one complaing about the level of service and attitude.
