Rude staff and incoherent

Got a phone call this morning from Edcon jhb, women muttered something about my documents being incorrect that I submitted for FICA purposes. As this was done last year I asked her to be more specific. She said I must listen to her and do what she is saying otherwise my account will be frozen! I asked again which documents, and she slams the phone down. I telephoned the number back which appeared on my cell - a guy answers and I explained the situation to him. He tells me the same thing! I ask which document is incorrect and he puts the phone down as well. Are they really Edcon or some? Surely Edcon must employ and train professional, competent staff members? I am not desperate for my Edgars card and keep it only because of the Club movie benefits. I am a really good customer, with an exceptionally high credit amount and have been a customer for over 20 years but due to this incident I am going to close my account.
