Bafana said he would match Dial-A-Bed's price for a 3/4 bed and gave me the quote which I signed and asked if I could come and collect on 23 Feb. They had 70% of payment from an order that was cancelled. I asked him to confirm on 18 Feb if I can come and collect on 23 Feb. I received no call. I called on 19 Feb, he said he will find out and let me know. On 20 Feb towards the afternoon, Bafana then called to say he cannot sell me the bed at the price he quoted and the bed will not be ready for collection by 23 Feb. This is such bad service in so many ways and leads to unnecessary hassles for me. Rochester need to teach their sales people how to sell, what to sell and NOT MAKE FALSE PROMISES!!! I asked to speak to the manager twice. Both Bafana and his manager kept calling me "mami'". What the is that, clearly they don't even know how to speak to customers. There was no apology for their mistake and the hassle that was caused. I am still waiting for feedback as to when my refund will be done and I'm tired of asking. Warning to every customer thinking of buying at Rochester Woodmead, go somewhere else, as they will just take your money, treat you like and mess you around!!!
