I applied for one of their financial products on the 6th of February. Received a call on the 8th saying that my request is being processed and I will receive a SMS to verify within 24-72 hours. Today is the 21st of February. No Feedback, when I call to find out what's happening they say my application is with IT, and they can't help me. Only the IT department can fix whatever is wrong with my application.

Maybe I should rather take my business elsewhere, as Woolworths is obviously not interested.
