Products being discontinued & communication

Woolworths is an amazing brand, but they discontinue products all the time and they are quick to advertise new ones, but never inform the public of which ones are going to be dropped. They release recipes with some of the ingredients one can't find somewhere else, so you will end up trying to find these products in a Woolworths store only to be informed that it was discontinued. I have logged queries with their call centre and / or online trying to find out what's happened to these products, you will receive an automated reply if you logged it online, informing you that you will receive feedback within 24 to 48 hours, this has hardly ever happened, once you phone the call centre, trying to get an update, they have an attitude and you still don't have an answer or any more info. I'm getting more and more disappointed in Woolworths's customer service and some of their product lines.
