Terrible service!

I am not one to complain but I worked in a call centre so I know how important customer service is but clearly clicks life cover consultants do not. As soon as I received my mail saying a can get free life cover, I smsd what was require. A lady called me and assumed I was in a bad space to talk and said she would call me later. That didn't happen. I again smsd after two weeks as I had not received a call and still nothing. I smsd again and 2weeks after the third sms, I received a call and the consultant had absolutely no smile in her voice.she said there was a problem and she would call me in a few minutes and I'm still waiting-its been nearly a week. If we were paying for this, we wud get nagged. Clicks, don't advertise something that you cannot step up to and provide! And teach ur consultants 2 smile and talk to us as tho they are making a million bucks off us.
