OUT OF ORDER

I complained in January about the escalators that is out of order at Edgars Cape Town. It is almost March and the escalators are not fixed yet. As Edgars is a big retailer I am really dissappointed in this matter. During lunch times they announces every day apologies and the technicians are working on the problem believe me who is Edgars trying to fool? Their is no technician in sight, the only lift is also out of order and please don't contact me regarding this issue as nothing has been done on the previous occasion, except the note was changed to management apologise for the escalators being out of order.
We only get 1/2 hour lunch and walking to the 2nd floor is a utter disgrace.
