What happenned to serving the custome

I went to Edgars Sandton City, Monday 7 October to return an item I bought.

their escalators and lift was not working so I went to the nearest till to ask if they could transact a return for me. the teller told me with a joyful smile that they cannot I must go to customer service to do that. I was at The Glen Sandton the day before and the teller (not at customer service) happily did a returns with no complaints or dilly dallying.

My question is as follows:

i. What is the difference between Edgars, The Glen and Sandton City

In my opinion now, I'm thinking bad attitude
