ESCALATORS OUT OF ORDER

For most of December 2012 and January 2013 Edgars Cape Town escalators where out of order. A big note to say technicians are working on the problem but you never see one. Immediately when some people with kids see that the escalators is out of order they turn around. Only one lift for goods and customers its pathetic.
