No club cards yet you pay

I lost my Member's Club Card and went to the shop to get another one. I was surprised to be informed that no cards had been issued for a long time now, and the lady there informed me that they do not even know when they will be able to issue the cards again. This, in the biggest Edgars shop! And commenting about the shop itself, I do not know how Edcon has allowed the shop to be in such a bad state. Lifts and escalators have not been working for over a year now, and there are no signs that this will ever improve. Buying there is now an eyesore.
