Falsely accusesd

I had an account with them and in 2007 I lost my job and defaulted but same year around march if not mistaken I paid the outstanding balance and they gave me a letter starting that I have paid the account in full. just last month @ work I got a visitor a guy from some firm of Attorney coming to collect the money I ow Joshua Door and have been receiving calls from attorney telling me they are garnishing me of not paying them. I went to Joshua door and asked them what is happening because I know I don't ow them and why am I receiving strange visitor and phone calls but nothing was done but they advised me they will investigate and come back to me. Its so irritating to be told about the debt you settled long time ago in fact 6yrs ago and nothing is done with it. The only thing I got is that your complain is being investigated but still getting calls from them.
