I bought a number of items which included a King Koil bed and mattress and in the first week after delivery on 5th Jan, i alerted the sale consultant Lebo that im not happy with the bed because it squeeks terribly. she told me that the bed is preferably meant to be used for people less than 60kg, and i disagreed with her on this, that i pay for a product which should be up to standard and a client cant be told, "oh the product you bought is ideal for certain weight". Lebo promised to get this sorted out and i have been understanding all this time with her, but its been long and i refuse use a defected product which im paying for. Every coversation i have with her she tells me she'll come back to me and makes promised that she doesn't keep.

Secondly, the Polo queen sleigh bed that i purchased got delivered and when it was assembled by the delivery guys, it was missing a bolt and they told us that they would come back to put this in. Even in this case, i have still not had this reolved.

The Sales consultant and the Manager that i borught this matter to have been of no use at all and forvere making promises in getting these matters resolved.
