Sandton City's disappointing security

On the 5th of January I went to the toilets in Sandton City by Europa restuarant and when I left to pay my parking ticket after a day in the centre I realised my phone was missing. I immediately rushed to the cubicle in the bathrooms I had used and my phone was missing, from the time I left my phone in the cubicle to the time I rushed back to find it was not even two minutes. I immediately rushed to the security help desk and the gentleman did a fine job in helping me and explaining to the security operating the cameras. They found the accused, a woman wearing a white top and jeans. The timing was accurate and it was obvious that she took it as it was quiet and she left just as I was going in to look for it, never mind the fact that she was walking with a fast pace. After an hour trying to sort out the matter I simply wrote down my number and left. If Sandton City;s security had just quietly asked her to step over I would of had my phone. The question I now ask is if they did stop her and keep the phone or does she have it? Nevertheless due to a failed job a has gotten away with a crime. I am greatly disappointed in Sandton City.
