Defective design/manufacture

Purchased a double bed. Bed caused severe back pain. Contacted store who after a few weeks replaced the bed. Endorsed delivery document "SUBJECT TO TESTING", which was totally ignored. The new bed had the identical defect. The bed is marked "NO TURN, 20 year warranty"? which is why I chose this model. On cotacting Furniture City per email, Mr Fisher (The big boss) will not speak to me or reply to my contacts. Is this false branding of goods? Furniture City has elected to ignore my matter and hope I will go away.
