Cigarette suppliers with no stock

To all small retailers

When dealing with Cardosa SA - Referring to to Pretoria Branch, make sure that you have a backup plan to provide your customers with cigarettes - we have had situations where we did not receive stock ordered - order got lost is mainly the excuse. The last incident we had that pushed us to writing this report... We received a statement for an outstanding amount for a order that we have not received yet... upon receiving the order it was totally wrong and none of the products we have ordered. Thus after a second week of receiving a third of our orders and also being sent wrong products our shelves are empty and our cashiers are experiencing a dread full time - rude customers give them a mouth full because of a lack of product on our shelves, a reaction that is uncalled for if you take into consideration that it is out of our control - PLEASE PEOPLE - IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS DON'T AND IF YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS - DO!!!
