A sea scooter was purchased in February 2012 and used once after which it would not work again. It was taken back to the branch in Alberton in April 2012 and we were advised that it was being sent to Durban for testing. After a number of attempts to trace the scooter some months later I was advised by an employee and Glen (owner) that the problem was with the supplier and all scooters were to be sent back and I would be refunded. It is now a year later and the same Glen (owner) has now said that the problem was ours and the scooter is "beyond repair and the damage falls out of warranty" forcing me to take legal action to get my money back and waste another few months of my time. All round a horrific gift buying experience!
