No one to help

Every time i go to Edgars there is no one to assist you. Like when i wanted to buy some nice puma sandals. I waited and waited and no one comes to ask if i need help. I had to go through the whole rack to just find out my size is not on the shelf. I then walked up to someone and said that can someone please just help me. And he had to go and get it from the back. Wasting my time!!!

Second time i wanted a shirt for my fiance. Why hang all the nice stuff so high and duplicates of the boring stuff. Once again there was no one to assist me. No one no where to be found. Unfortunately i cant handle a place that gives bad service as i like shopping at edgars, so i get very unpleasant. When i said to the lady in the dressing room in a MALE DRESSING room to please assist me. she got a bad attitude. almost like not wanting to help me at all.

Do you think it is fair to us as clients spending 1000's of rands to be treated as a piece of dirt and not getting the help we should?
