Checkers staff Clueless about EaziCoupons

I went to Checkers in Alberton City to buy my groceries. I told the cashier I wanted to use the EaziCoupons and they had no clue what I was talking about. The whole point why i went to checkers was because I wanted the coupon discount. So I ended up just paying for my goods and not even getting the discount i was supposed to get.
I have my receipt with my and I am expecting Checkers to give me the discount I was supposed to get from my coupons
