EeziCoupons not working

Two weekends in a row I have shopped at Checkers. Once at Cresta and the next weekend at Northcliff corner. I bought several items on the EeziCoupons list and both times the discount was not correct. Every time we had to unpack all the groceries, log onto the coupon site on my phone and prove to them that it was indeed the correct product. They then had to give me manual discounts to make up for it. How many people don't realise and why must I waste at least 30 minutes of my time trying to get them to charge me correctly?
