I'm so angry at the service I got, I didn't know it takes more than 24 hours to fax a document. Fri15/02 in the afternoon I bought a Walka 7 at Game Green Acres in PE after my sister couldn't buy in Jabulani as it required a TV license and my Id and I was in Port Elizabeth. I went to their store in PE and explained my situation to the sales person called Mark William as I was buying that as a present for daughter's birthday on Sunday. I did the payment and was promised that the invoice will be faxed to Jabulani so that it could be collected that side. The contact person in Jabulani was Mpho.8
Saturday around 2.pm my mom went to collect and was told nothing was faxed. I called Green Acres and couldn't talk to Mark but another gentleman told me Jabulani had also called them and promised that he will relay the message. The gentleman called back to assure me they were handling the situation. 16.40 my mom called saying no fax came throught and Green Acres store closed at 16.00. How could they make my mom to wait for so long and end up going home with nothing. She is old (70 yrs) how could they do this. She has to go there again on Sunday when she must be in church. I will never shop the
