Handing my account ove

I have been paying my Foschini account via EFT every single month for the last how many years, but since the beginning of 2013, something happened and keep on getting threatening sms's to pay. Today I received and SMS to say I've been handed over. They want proof of payment first before they will investigate. What nonsense! I have also received SMS's with someone else's name, but with similar account number on my mobile. Please to give feedback urgently. I want to close my account after this fiasco has been sorted
