Don't arrange delivery, call me and talk to like i'm a piece of . show up unannounced and i have to take leave from work to accommodate them, then takes them 45min to confirm they are delivering the incorrect stuff. then they show up to unannounced again to swap out stuff that no arrangement has been made for.

Attempting to call and resolve the issues has produced no results in 3 weeks.
