Zando - excellent follow up

I selected and paid for a pair of shoes through Zando. I mistakenly quoted the order number instead of the given reference number on the transfer.
I contacted the service desk via e-mail and the matter was resolved same day - with constant updates on the status through out the day.
The shoes were dispatched this morning.
Problem solved speedily and efficiently
