Rude salesman, bad service and faulty epquipment

A week ago i went to Hi fi Corp in boksburg to but a hi sense tv, which was on special for a really good price..
on entry i was greeted by a very rude sales consultant and who did not seem to interested to help after eventually finding the tv i had to track him down in the shop to hand my tv licence papers to him..i paid and returned home with the tv... it did not work.
that satureday i returned to the store to return the tv which took almost 2 hours of my day..i was told they have no stock and i could take the demo model from eastgate which i had to go fetch. instead i insisted on a new one and they then proceeded to tell me it will be avalible by wednesday for collection its now friday and still not even a call... great prices but no after service or decent sales consultants.
