Totally spoilt valentines day

Still waiting for my flowers which were supposed to be delivered on valentines day between 2pm and 5pm.(It is 5.30 pm now). There is no one at the work address now M O R O N S. You phone the number given and wait 20 minutes for an operator, only to be told that the driver has been delayed. Is it case of take as many orders as you can, knowing that the deliveries will not be made in time due to the numbers.

Dont use these as they are unreliable and will spoil any occasion. What do they care... they have their money already.

Dont even bother to phone me to tell me how sorry you are.
