Invite friends credits not received

Hi there,

I invited a few friends to Runway Sale and some made purchases. Runway Sale did not credit me for these purchases. I made them aware of this a while ago, by way of a telephone conversation and a couple of emails. The response I got from them was that the system should've credited my account, which I clearly did not and made them aware of this. I was told they would look into it and get back to me - that was 6 months ago. My last email to the company regarding this was blatantly ignored (maybe another system issue?), as I did not get any response.

I have since stopped buying from the site as I don't think the company has the integrity. It almost feels like dealing with a government institution that sells you one thing and delivers nothing!!! I will not be
