Unrecognisable, non existent customer service

On the 11 Jan 2013 I made the mistake of purchasing and paying for a dresser from @home Waterfront Bloemfontein.
I was told that delivery would take 2-3 weeks, after the 4th week I had to phone them and got told that my dresser got water damage from the rain and it would take another week.
After the 5th week I had to contact them again and got told told that they had to order a new dresser from a different branch and it would take another week.
To no surprise I had to phone them again but no one could answer me so after many messages left (with no one contacting me back) I finally got to speak to Anja who told me she would sort it out, and surprise nothing. After phoning again I was told that my dresser had arrived. When I got to the warehouse it was the incorrect dresser.
So after the 7th week I still have no answer to when I will receive my dresser. Obviously not phoning customers back is company policy as it happened from sales to manager to area manager. On request of Anja's manager tel nr. (aka Travel) I was told that they are not at liberty to supply me with it.

I suppose its time to get my money back.
I will never buy anything from @home again.
