On the 14 of FEBRUARY 2013, i made a purchase at Jet it was a sale, store code 6630 in Witbank Mpumalanga, unfortunately before we could all pay the electricity went off and everything was on a stand still. The store decided to do manual dockets. i later realized that there was a purchase that was made on my account the following day after i received my monthly statement the amount R322... i queried it with the store, the manager that was available said she was going to help me Of which she did not, she took the whole two month by the time i went back she had been apparently suspended. the second Manager Ms Nelly tried to help for a whole two weeks, the date she gave me to come see her when i went she was on leave. i again went to the store a gentleman by the name of Mr Justice also tried to help me, he said i must do a purchase dispute, i needed to write an affidavit of which i did and gave a copy of my ID. this was in MAY. the documents were faxed to the head office, but until this day no one is contacting me to tell me what is happening. i have had it with the Edcon groups this means it is okay for purchases to be made in our accounts and Edcon does not care

Someone my card and used and they say I'm liable to pay
