Not giving feedback after complaint

On 23 January I logged a complained on PnP's web site. One of the bottles of long life milk we bought from them was totally rotten (probably a leak in the seal or something).
I received an email from them dated 24 January asking for my postal address so that they can send me feedback (a bit weird if you ask me).
I was out of the office, so I sent them my address on 28 January.
Since then, I haven't received any feedback from them.
I logged another complaint on their web site yesterday, informing them that I would take the issue to HelloPeter if they don't reply within 24 hours. They just ignored this complaint, so here I am.
Clearly it's not much of an issue for them if they sell rotten milk to a customer. Their lack of feedback shows a clear disregard for customer relations.
