I wanted to change a present that I received to something that was more suitable to my taste. The product was clearly branded Jenna Clifford. They would not exchange it as they were concerned that it might have been bought from them on a promotion or as part of a corporate gift or "regifted".

The only store I have ever met that won't exchange their own product.

What a load of rubbish.
