OPENING ACCOUNT HEADACHE

I applied to open a Mr Price Account, it has taken 2 WEEKS for confirmation and still waiting. i have followed up several times to no avail. They have asked me to send through supporting documents 3 times as they had lost the information. On Monday, promises that this would sorted out, however i get a message ONCE AGAIN to send through supporting documents!!

Mr Price account process is exhausting and delayed.

SHOCKING procedure. Other retail store accounts are confirmed immediately.
