After 21days cellphone still at store

On the 17/05/13 I took my cellphone in for repairs to Edgars Somerset Mall because that's where I bought it cash. The repair request form stats 21days and your phone will be repaired and send back to you. I am realistic and new it will take longer so I only went today 11/06/13 just to check on the progress of my request. When the sales person, same guy that took it in, Denver tells me they (cellphone company) are waiting for some parts and that they (Edgars) always tell the customer 4-5weeks because they still have to ship it to the cellphone company. When I phoned the cellphone company they told me a request was only send through today11/06/13 just after 2 which is the sametime I was at the store, so while I was waiting for Denver to check if my phone had arrived yet he was actually only reporting it after 25days in there store.
