SLIP IN WATER ON THE FLOOR

On the 2nd of December I went to Checkers Fairbridge Mall for my end of the month shopping. A round quarter to one I was done and went to the meat section to get mince. I took four packets of mince turn around and walk to my trolley where my eleven year old daughter was standing and waiting for me. When I turned around and walk forward my legs slip out under me and I fell on the ground, my left leg wet of water that was on the ground. Nobody helped me and there was not one manager on duty.
A lady phoned me from Checkers the next morning and told me i need to get a doctors report. I went to the docter and have all my report and e-mails to Checkers and from Checkers. Everyday they have new excuses not to pay my expenses and now i must wait because they want to sort the matter out with Mr Clean. I feel I have nothing to do with their cleaning company and they are responsible to pay me out. They have the doctors report and all my invoices and I also have copies of everything. People that I had contact with.
