Bad management @ Jet

I have never visited this store without walking out furious and frustrated. Customers always stand in long lines and even though 4 people are behind the tills, only one is actually helping. The others are busy doing admin or discussing what happened on the weekend. And don't think to ask if no-one else is available to help, they just continue their conversation as if you don't exist.

Seriously, can you not do something about the management in the store. The staff will only be as good as the manager, and they will be as lazy as what the manager allows.
