Building of new store

Pick n Pay is building a new store in parklands. I live in the block of flats that is right behind it. As much as i can understand there are deadlines when building new stores, what i don't appreciate is that people are working till 3 am in the morning during the week. Loud noises of trucks driving up and down, past my bedroom window and the loud noises of things being bashed in and out of trucks. The Workers have been shouting and screaming loud at each other as they are packing these trucks. This has happened a few times in the last few weeks. Where is the consideration for people who work during the week and who live in the complex? I feel that this is unacceptable and shows no respect for their Future customers.
