ONGOING pathetic service

I stay 27 km outside worcester. So I decided to phone CTM WORCESTER first to place an order on mosaic tiles. When I arrived, I was told that the ordered sheets was already ordered by another customer several days before, and that it was just lying there for the customer to come and collect. The service is non existant, and the employees have a no care attitude!

It means I had to drive 54km round trip for nothing!
