I returned a camera to [URL Removed] on the 10 th of January 2013 which I bought in November 2012 as a Christmas gift. The camera was faulty. [URL Removed] has still not refunded me on this. I have requested the refund on 3 occasions now and they keep on telling me that it will reflect in my account between 3 to 5 days. According to them there is a fault at the bank. I am so disappointed with the customer service that I received from them. I will never buy anything from them ever again.
