On Saturday the 2nd of February 2013, I purchased 2 pillows from Sleep Active for R299 each. The sales consultant, Happiness, told me that I had a '6 Day Guarantee'. My wife and I gave it 2 nights before we agreed unanimously that the pillows were uncomfortable (too hard). This morning, the 8th of February, I called (within my 6 days) and spoke to Reynard who asked me to rather speak to his boss, Fernando. Fernando was not very accomodating and vehemently refused to return my money, saying that the pillows were used and he could not sell them again as they are useless to him now. When I asked about the 'Comfort Guarantee' which states that 'a pillow can be swapped for a gentler type', he and Reynard both said that it would cost me an extra R288 per pillow to upgrade. At the end of the day I now have two pillows which cost me R600 and are useless to me too. I am an unsatisfied customer and I feel cheated. I also feel people should be made aware of Sleep Active's business practice. Please help as I would like to get my money back
