I orderd the goods that was short deliverd in December 2012, I did notify them. They informed me that I have to send a trough a Affidavit. I did that when I came back from holiday the 3rd Jan 2013. After alot of calling asking beging STILL NOTHING has been done. But they are quick to phone about payment. That are really BAD service its now 8 Feb 2013 and nobody has contacted me in connection with my short delivery after send it on the 3rd Jan 2013, I send the documentation 3 times, STILL nothing has been done!!!
How can one pay for something that was short deliverd???
And this influence your credit record!!!
