I lost my Samsung GT5550 and applied for cellphone insurance claim and it was replaced by Kealeboga Mokgotho to another customer without my concern. this happened at JET MAFIKENG#6269 on the 11-05-2012 and tried to speak to the store manager with no luck yet there is prove of purchase and documents. All he could say is the cashier resigned and he will look to it. this has gone too far and i am sick and tired going up and down for the past 9months without any help. all i need is my phone worth R2000 which was replaced by Blackberry 8520 to unknown customer at my expense hence I came here to lodge my complaint!!!
