I placed an order on the fashion hotline to source 3 shirts for me on 10/01/13. After not hearing anything thing I phoned to follow up about a week ago. The call centre agent reply was that they are still busy sourcing the items although when I placed the order 110/10/13 they checked on the system and said that they have got the items in stock at Fourways JHB. I phoned the hot line again on Monday 4/2/12 and asked to speak to a supervisor. They lady (can't remember her name) was really help full and she promised me that she will get it sorted out. Later during the day another agent contacted me (first time you phone me back) to say they will have to do a manual transfer as Fourways is not responding to their request. He promised me that the items will be at my selected branch (Tygervalley) on Thursday 7/2/13 and that somebody from the branch will contact me to collect. Nobody phoned me. When I phoned again this morning to speak to supervisor I was told all where in training. Got hold of Sandra Malumi to complain and she laughed at me and then put the phone down in my ear. Is this the way you operate???
