CPT branch puts JHB branch to shame

After dealing with Duncan from CPT branch I will never go back to the JHB branch, unlike JHB branch Duncan was actually a big help.

At the JHB branch I dealt mostly with Jesse Damoense who is incompetent at her job, she is not interested in her work and is utterly lazy. She does not have a clue how to talk to clients in emails and half the time doesn't even bother to use a capitol letter for the clients name. She says anything to get the client away then she does not get back to the client and ignores her emails.
I've noticed she also likes to buy herself time, for example if you ask her for a screen for a TFT screen for an appliance then not only will she take very long to get back to you but she will get back to you asking what colour your appliance is (which is really insignificant question as the TFT LCD does not come in different colours) then if you're lucky she'll get back to you in another weeks time. It's clear she doesn't actually want to assist the client.

I also dealt with the manager Faraad who is not interested in the client in the slightest. The JHB branch is an absolute disgrace and I would recommend rather import parts than deal with these awful people.
