After a long time back and forth in regards to a lost delivery, and being heart broken because it is very likely that I may never see my purchase, Zando at least understands that even though there isn't much that they can do in regards to the courier losing my parcel they understand and feel my frustration. And although they can't refund me for my purchase (as it wasn't their fault it was lost) they have offered me a Zando voucher of R600. Which goes a long way to restore my faith in purchasing online and for that I would like to send a very big thank you to Monique and the Zando team for bearing with my rants and sometimes my rage as well. Lets hope that my queries with the courier bears some fruit and my parcel is found safe and sound and delivered to me.
