Rude lawyers

One of their lawyers called me on the 22nd of December demanding that I pay for glasses they say I ordered from Eyeconic optometrist. Through all my confusion and me trying to understand and remember if I ever purchased glasses from said company, she began shouting at me and berating me. Mrs I Jugroo is a lawyer or debt collector from this Protea company, and doesn't know how to talk to people or maybe because she knows I'm a black person from my surname or my accent during the call. On top of that I never recieved any communication from Eyeconic about an outstanding balance and all of a sudden I'm being threatened by debt collectors. Actually I need to also comaim about the Eyeconic Optometrist.
