We were at Cradlestone Mall, and the transaction went through. Then the power cut, and they said they couldn't find the transaction.

I was at Capitec, and they confirmed the payment went through. The manager, Sydney, was rude, not apologetic, and made us feel like we were stealing after I showed my proof of payment from the bank.
