Funeral policy doesnt exist according to doves and ness

Good day I have a complaint against Doves and Nessgroup.
My grandpa opened a policy for him and my grandmother long ago. We struggled with them when my grandpa died, they said that my grandparent doesn't have a policy, after a whole story they buried my grandpa. They showed my grandmother all the options and they confirm that there is a policy on my grandmothers name going on with the policy. My grandmother stayed by herself and she fall a while ago and they moved her to her daugher. While they moved everything the letter got lost. I emailed them to ask for a letter of confirmation. They confirmed there is 2 policy's after they heard we lost it now they say they don't have a paid up policy for her. Only the policy her daugher is paying everymonth. They even gave me 2 policy numbers at first now all of the sudden there is only one and it's not the one my grandfather payed.
