Poor Customer Service

I took my front loader washing machine for repairs on the 4/7/2025. Received a message that it was ready for collection. I went to collect it on the 19 /08/2025, Prior paying I asked if all was intact and if it was in a good working condition. When I arrived at home, I noticed that the water connection was removed from the machine, I informed them immediately and asked them to be delivered to my place. They asked for my location thinking that they will deliverer but not at all. They said it will be delivered on the 20/08/2025. When I was making a follow-up on the promised date, they again told me they will deliverer on the 21/08/2025. This is so inconveniencing for me as I am not based in PE. I've asked them to let me know at what time it will be delivered on the 21/08/2025 so that I can make proper arrangements to have someone waiting for them, until now NO response. Please help
