Closing time

I came to the store on a Saturday at 17:45, but the store was already closed. When I called and inquired about their closing time, one of the staff members informed me that they had closed early in order to cash up. This made me really unhappy because when I checked the closing time on the internet, it said they would be closing soon, only to find the store closed.

I have a call recording, but the staff refused to give me their names.
