Bad service

Staff were not trained on procedures, and all staff were under 23 years of age. The way they spoke to and treated me as a customer was pathetic. The manager, when alerted of my concerns, did not even come and chat to me. Will never purchase anything from them again, and will be telling anyone that will listen about the terrible service.
